FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the format for the TRAVEL SUMMIT?

We will have one session per hour from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. ET, lasting about 40-45 minutes each with with 5-10 minutes for questions and a 5-10 minute break in between. There will also be a keynote at Noon ET each day to enjoy during lunch.

Each speaker will be broadcast live via a video streaming platform with the opportunity to ask our speakers questions via a Q&A chat feature at the end of each session.

How will I watch the sessions LIVE?

You will be able to watch the sessions live from the comfort of your own home or office, using your computer or mobile device, by accessing an easy-to-use digital conference platform.

Will the sessions be recorded and available for later viewing?

Yes, we will record most sessions (a few, including Harriet Baskas, will not be recorded) and make them available in a password-protected site for those who purchase the $49 ticket to view at their convenience after the Summit is complete.

Do I have to attend all of the TRAVEL SUMMIT sessions?

Absolutely not. Attend only what you'd like.

What is the cost of a ticket?

Tickets to attend the LIVE event only are free, but if you'd like lifetime access to watch recordings of 14 of the sessions, the cost is $49.

How do I get my product bundle?

You will receive your product bundle via email in early October.

Are you offering refunds?

For those who purchase a recordings access ticket, keep in mind even if you can't attend, you will have access to recordings afterward. However, we will honor your request for a refund if you change your mind after purchasing your ticket through September 30 only.
